Our founders started American Chiropractic Billing out of the same pain points you face today. The billing industry is a cat-and-mouse game: insurance companies keep inventing new hoops to jump through, and you have to learn each one fast enough (and make sure your whole staff knows them) or you end up working for free. It’s time-consuming, and the sheer amount of niche knowledge means that to be a professional at it, you truly have to specialize: the same billing solution that works for a surgeon doing $20,000 cases simply doesn’t work for a chiropractor collecting $70 a visit.
We know that firsthand. Our leadership owned multiple chiropractic practices, and after growing frustration with the insurance world, we decided to solve this problem for everyone.
