Ownership
American Chiropractic Billing was made by chiropractors for chiropractors. Consequently, all shareholders of our company are now either our clients or employees. Future funding rounds will similarly be open only to our clients (chiropractors) and employees (billing specialists). Through this unique structure, the mission of the company will always remain protected.

To carry out our mission, the team consists of only billing specialists. There is no call center or robot-operated call directory here. In fact, if you reach out about our services, you’ll be speaking directly with our CEO, Konstantin Chernukhin. Once you’re signed up for our services, the personal touch will continue as you are assigned your own billing specialist, but you can read more about that on our services page.
Mr. Chernukhin managed a large chiropractic clinic for a number of years before recognizing an industry-wide weakness in the billing department and starting American Chiropractic Billing. Now he is committed to bringing medical billing and coding strengths to chiropractors nationwide.
