Pricing
Simple, transparent pricing: 7% of what we collect.
Here’s exactly what it costs, and what you’d save. Drag the slider to run your own numbers. No quote form, no sales call required.
7% or $1,500/month
of net collections, whichever is greater for the month. All-inclusive, month-to-month, no contract, no setup fee.
- Coding, charge entry & claim scrubbing
- Submission, denials & appeals
- Secondary/tertiary & AR follow-up
- Revenue & Medicare consulting
- Patient statements & support
- Massage, PT, acupuncture & NP visits, same 7%
- Your dedicated coordinator, no add-ons
Compares a typical in-house setup (billing payroll plus the revenue lost to denials and undercoding) against ACB’s all-inclusive 7% (or $1,500/mo minimum). Estimates only; your numbers will vary. See the full in-house vs. outsourced billing comparison.
How the math works
Two worked examples, including how the floor works.
You pay 7% of what we actually collect for you, or the $1,500/month minimum, whichever is greater. That’s the whole formula. To see how that stacks up against every other pricing model, read our guide to what chiropractic billing should cost.
Transparency
Most billing companies make you “request a quote.” We just tell you.
One published rate, all-inclusive, the same for everyone, because a price you have to pry loose is usually a price worth hiding. Ours isn’t. When you collect more, we both win, and our fee is a share of what we actually bring in for you.
“Timely collections have increased at least 25%… it freed up 10+ hours a week.”

Pricing FAQ
Straight answers about cost.
Everything. Coding, charge entry and claim scrubbing; submission, denials and appeals; secondary and tertiary billing and AR follow-up; patient statements and support; revenue and Medicare consulting; and your dedicated coordinator. It’s one all-inclusive fee for our full chiropractic billing service. There are no separate per-claim charges, software fees, or add-on modules.
No. There’s no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no annual fee. Your coordinator handles the entire transition (connecting your EHR, learning your payers, and cleaning up outstanding AR) at no extra cost. The only number is 7% of net collections, or the $1,500/month minimum; hard costs like patient statements (about $0.50 a statement) are passed through at cost, never marked up.
On what we actually collect: net collections, not charges. We don’t get paid on money that never comes in, which keeps our incentive pointed squarely at getting your claims paid. When you collect more, our fee and your revenue both go up together.
Yes. Many of our clients run multi-specialty centers, so massage, physical therapy, acupuncture, and nurse-practitioner visits are billed under the same all-inclusive 7% (or $1,500/month minimum), by the same dedicated coordinator. There’s no separate rate or add-on for your non-chiropractic services.
A $1,500/month minimum applies. You pay 7% of collections or $1,500, whichever is greater. So in a slow month you’d pay the $1,500 floor; once 7% of collections passes $1,500 (around $21,400/month collected), the percentage takes over. The minimum keeps a full billing operation working your account even in a light month.
We invoice on the 1st of the following month for the prior month’s collections, and payment is due within 14 days. The invoice is itemized so you can see exactly what was collected and what the 7% (or minimum) works out to. Insurance and patients always pay you directly, into your own accounts. We never touch your money.
Yes. Every agreement is month-to-month with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. You stay because the billing is working, not because you’re locked in. That’s also why we publish the price: there’s nothing to trap you into.
